Wow, I’ve been having intense migraine headaches lately! Although I’ve taken some pills in the past, I really want to try more natural options and I’m currently reading about natural remedies for headaches here: http://natural-migraine-relief.net/.
One of the things that I recently learned is that your diet can play a big role in whether you get headaches or not. So I’m trying to cut out things like nitrates from my diet. If it doesn’t work, fine, but I imagine it will be better for my health regardless. Hopefully by making some dietary and lifestyle changes (like drinking more water), I’ll get rid of these!
